Cookie Policy

v1.0.0Effective 11 July 2026
Draft notice. This document is draft content, version 0.1.0-draft, pending review by legal counsel. It applies as written until a revised, counsel-reviewed version is published and supersedes it. We do not claim that this draft has been approved by counsel.

1. What cookies we use

EloBoosters uses a deliberately small set of cookies and similar storage:

  • Authentication cookies (essential) — short-lived access and refresh tokens in HTTP-only cookies that keep you signed in securely. Without these the signed-in areas cannot work.
  • Session-safety values (essential) — for example a token-expiry marker used to refresh your session before it lapses, and a checkout-intent cookie that returns you to your checkout after signing in.
  • Preference storage (functional) — your theme choice (light/dark) is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

2. What we do not use

As of this draft, the Platform does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. If analytics cookies are introduced later, this policy will be revised first and consent will be requested where required.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies will sign you out and prevent checkout from completing.

4. Third parties

Payment pages provided by our payment processors may set their own cookies under their own policies during checkout.

EloBoosters is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer, including but not limited to Valve, Riot Games, Epic Games, Ubisoft, or Blizzard Entertainment. All game titles, trademarks, and artwork belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this platform implies publisher approval of the services offered.

5. Changes

A revised policy supersedes this version from its effective date. Material changes to the cookie set will be reflected here before they take effect.
